Chicken Restaurants near Vinton

“The customer service could use some improvement. After greeting me, the staff member took a phone order while I waited at the counter. During the 10 minutes I waited for my food, they spent the time playing on their phone. The restaurant is located inside a gas station, which might not appeal to everyone. That said, the food was absolutely fantastic! They are also running a special where you get a free sandwich if you leave a good review with a photo. Next time, I’ll definitely call my order in ahead of time.“

“My food was great and drive thru cashier was very nice. But for the life of me why when I ask foe ranch and honey mustard for a 12 piece meal would you give me 1 of each. I also asked for butter for biscuits I got 2 butter packs for 6 biscuits. I also asked for napkins and plastic silver ware as we were going to hotel with food. I got none so we were not able to eat any of the sides. They ended up in the trash which is a shame because I could have just ordered chicken only if I was going to have to throw all the sides away.“

“What started off not so great had more than a great ending. I had ordered catering pick up for my son’s birthday party. My husband went to pick up the order at the pick up time but the food was not ready. He was provided several large bags and told all food was included. When he arrived home with the food I realized half the order was missing and there were no sauces or dressings. I called to ask if they could please deliver the order as we had 20 people in the house and were out of food at this point. Chic fil A not only delivered the remaining order, but they also threw in an entire extra nugget rams dessert tray and refunded my entire order. Excellent customer service that I did not anticipate. Thank you and we will be using again!“

“I have loved visiting this Chick-fil-A recently. The staff are always so kind to me and my kids. It feels like a little family there. The gentleman working the dining room is wonderful. He remembered us when we came back and talks to the kids and is very helpful. Thank you for creating such a great team and loving atmosphere!“

“I usually dont dine in alone, but ordered their chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was pleasantly surprisedly the same size as the bun unlike other restaurants. The staff was very nice and polite. Inside tables and floors were kept clean even during busy lunch time.“

“Had a bad day, really needed a filling 3 piece meal. Man, was I salty when I learned the 3 piece was a thigh and 2 legs. They took my money and I drove to B*******s and got the same meal for $2 less, with 2 thighs and a leg & better seasoningOtherwise, great drive thru service. Staff has always been great here. Their fries never miss.“

“I've been eating at Crown's Chicken for years. As an honest review I will say I do not like the chicken. As others have comnented, it has a tough texture and not a whole lot of flavor. I'm assuming it's under heat lamps for aby amount of time. However, the double cheeseburger is absolute fire. The Gyro is really good too. The fries are always hot and unsalted (though typically the drive through guy asks if I want salt + ketchup on the side. The staff is nice although I really only have interacted with the drive through operator. It's been a pleasant experience. The prices are very competitive. Id rather spend my money here than a national fast food chain.“
