Staff need better training. Today I ordered a large hot mocha. They tried to give me a large iced coffee and I could clearly see on the sticker that it was supposed to be black but the coffee had cream in it. When I told the young lady that wasn't my order she tried to argue with me that I had ordered an iced mocha. Even if I had ordered an iced mocha what they tried to give me was not what I asked for.
