“This is the only Burger King in Hampton Roads I can say that is consistent in great service and advertisement quality food. I've never had a mistaken order or disrespectful encounter. My ONLY critique is that this location seems understaffed by watching them move about the restaurant. This is the #1 Burger King in the 757, even late at night.“
“I was late over 3 hours for uber pick up and Cece was kind enough re-make the order so the food was fresh. It’s rare to come across that type of customer service- not to mention it was near closing time. If not a raise, Cece at the very least, deserves to be recognized!“
“Went here as the local restaurant we wanted to visit for my dad's birthday was closed.I entered Burger King and was kindly greeted by Karen. Karen waited patiently whilst we decided what we wanted to order. We had explained and joked about it being my father's birthday and she was very engaging, friendly and a pleasure to talk to.Karen explained a few items on the menu we were unsure about and cleared up any confusion (from the UK, so BK has some slightly different menu options).We proceed to continue to chat to Karen and her colleague Tiffany helped out making the drinks. Tiffany was also another employee that took pride in great customer service, and she was lovely to talk to and joke with.We proceeded to eat out meal as we opted for dine in. The food was BEAUTIFUL, really carefully made and had great flavours to it (seasoned well). We throughly enjoyed our experience at this Burger King purely down to Karen and Tiffany.Karen is a great asset to the company as she level of customer service is through the roof! AMAZING!(We only spoke to Tiffany later in the conversation as she was busy making up orders for the drive through). Both are a credit to BK.Unfortunately I did not take any photos of the food as we were too hungry to wait (and forgot)We loved the customer service, food quality, food/drink options and also the drinks themselves.Thank you for making this birthday one to remember!

“We were so surprised to get our food (breakfast crossiant) and it actually looked like the advertisement. Super hot, fluffy eggs and not quished.

“I came in when I was really busy, and they were a little overwhelmed it took like 15 minutes to order. However, the food was hot and fresh. I can really get mad at the time because the people in front of me placed a $90 order beforehand so basically taking everything so the wait was acceptable. How i would like the speed of service to increase and order taking. The bathroom was clean and lobby was clean other then speed i can't really complain“
“Staff is generally pleasant. No bad experiences at this location. So if quick burger is your thing it will do the trick. Fries are thicker variety if that matters to you.

“Always the best BK food at this location! Picked up whoppers today, the burger was still sizzling from the grill. Veggies were fresh and crisp, fries hot out of the fryer. Compared to other fast food the value is top notch, whoppers are less than $7 including tax. Kudos to all the managers and staff here!“
“It’s currently 10:42 P.M 11/11/2025, and I just left Burger King about 10 minutes ago. I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but I had to today. The man in the drive-thru who took my order was brown-skinned with locs (maybe you can check who was working around this time). There were also two light-skinned guys working that shift that I could see. The man in the drive-thru had top-tier customer service super friendly and professional. My fries and burger were hot, fresh, and perfectly made, honestly some of the best I’ve had from Burger King in a while. I was really wow’d by the whole experience and just wanted to share and give credit where it’s due! THANK YOU SO MUCH :)“
“As a delivery driver I eat on the run. Everytime I come here. Food is hot and fresh. Doesnt matter what time during lunch. Cheese is melted and burger it hot. And never bad service. The two ladies there are great. Food seems to take a bit longer but dont care. Its hot and tastes freshly made. Burger King by my house. Never go there because its just the opposite.“
