New obstacle course is nice addition to the trampoline. Business is decently clean. Line to pay when you first arrive can take forever as does the prize line. Staff does a good job, but they seem constantly understaffed
it was fun

We went for my son's 6th birthday. We got the ultimate package and it was perfect. Everything was set up, food was great and the kids had an absolute blast!

The manager informed us that he had to monitor the trampoline area, and he wasn't going back and forth to pour beer for the adults.
The food was delicious!!

Typical themed kid oriented pizza place. No animatrons. Fewer games. Restroom half functional. Pizza was ok. Wings were good.

As the adult person in the group that has always loved the arcade, this Chuck E Cheese has the best game!!!! All my old favorites, my children's faves, three rides for different pictures! This was great! The trampoline part is very big and open! My six year old had a blast!!!! And since we have a membership, we can go try them all. So far this is my fav, but it's not close like others. But it's worth the trip

Games only give 1-4 tickets per play and good prizes are 2000+ tickets. Food was cold.

We went here yesterday and it was chaotic, the trampolines are $15 extra and there is no safety at all, my son got injured by an older child who was jumping on the trampoline with no wrist band! The child ran in, pushed him, then jumped on his leg and ran out!, the worker would occasionally come and check wristbands then leave the trampolines completely unattended. It’s such a big safety issue to have 4 trampoline squares with 20 kids in there jumping, there should be a rule where 1 kid per square at all times like the other trampoline parks. I will be taking him to the hospital if there is no improvement on his leg which could have been avoided if there was proper security guards checking wristbands and not allowing everyone to run in.

Kids have fun that’s all that matters however, the staff at the front counter can be hit or miss with customer service sometimes !

It's fine, mostly clean, although sometimes the floor is super sticky, and the bathroom is gross. Seems like only one or two games are ever down. My kids really love the trampoline ($10 extra). The employees are always really nice and helpful.
