This restaurant encapsulates so much love in Kempsville, but folks from everywhere are embraced. I'm grateful for Barrie Engle because she gives so much back to our community. She's an unsung heroine. She also substitute teaches at KHS. Her students refer to her as the GOAT - Greatest of All Time.
