Either go to the other cookout or just go to Zaxby’s bc this one will pretty much fight you over giving 2 sauces for a whole big chicken tender box. I’m talking one of them literally went back into my bag to count how many sauces I had FOR 4 chicken tender boxes. I asked for 2 sauces each bc you run out of sauce after eating 1.5 tenders……..

I felt very rushed while ordering through the drive thru, but this happens all the time. If you ask for a few minutes, and they say let me know when you’re ready, a second later they are like rushing you again. But anyways, usually the food is great but this time, awful! I ordered one hot dog tray with fries and cheddar bites and a unsweetened tea extra ice. which btw yall do have the best cheese bites ever. But I was charged for a two hot dog tray and received a sweet tea. They fixed the drink but no extra ice :(. When I got home, the hot dogs looked like they were 50 days old sitting on a 711 grill. I couldn’t eat them at all, they were hard, over cooked and wrinkly. I would definitely like my money back on this order, because I don’t want the hot dogs ever again. I have pictures, I am unsure how to upload them.

I've been through the drive-thru twice and both times the speaker was so muffled that it was difficult to communicate, causing issues with the order. This most recent time, the person working the drive-thru talked over me a couple times and repeated incorrect order items. I don't believe this is an issue with customer service, but bad equipment.
The menu is also very difficult to understand if you aren't familiar with it, but the food is good and it is one of the most affordable fast food options available right now.

They no longer have relish for hotdogs. And the hotdogs didn't taste fresh. But the.milkshakes were awesome.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was just not a good experience today. I’ve had CookOut before, mostly years ago. Today, we were greeted by a girl with a sour attitude who informed us in a bored tone that they were not serving corn dogs. Then after we got our food, my friend asked for bbq sauce for his bbq sandwich and was told he’d have to pay for it. The sauce packets were the same size as the ranch and honey mustard we’d been given. The food itself was subpar. The hotdog was burnt, the bun stale, and the chicken nuggets were overcooked as well.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and there wasn't barely any chicken just mainly cheese. I was disappointed. I also requested a beef quesadilla and it was all cheese. For my drink, I ordered a Dr. Pepper and it was watered down. I was extremely disappointed with my food. I would have brought it back but I was heading out of town. The young people they have working really need proper customer service training.
