This was our first and probably last time to have Cook Out. Both my husband and I got burgers. The patties were both burnt and way over done. He got onion rings and cheese bites. He received a sad 4 onion rings and 4 cheese bites. I got cajun fries and a walking taco. Cajun fries came with a good handful and were the only item I liked. Walking taco was ok could be better if they would put a smaller dollop of sour cream. It felt like I had more sour cream than all the other ingredients.
A solid location for one of my top 5 favorite fast food chains in the U.S.

This place has really gone down hill - the staff is not friendly and is not attentive at all. The inside is neglected - good luck ordering in a timely manner -
They throw fits if you ask for sauces - they only give two packets and expect you to pay more - they ignore every request like “light ice” the drive thru is maddening and employees throw attitudes if you ask for a straw or napkins or anything in the drive they - they guard their sauces like gold
Tables are dirty bathrooms are nasty.
Another obnoxious thing is that you never know when their inside will be open or not - sometimes they close it by 8pm sometimes by midnight - who knows?!?!? WHY ARE THEY CHARGING FOR SAUCES???? I think I’m done, this experience is not worth the headache.

Extremely fast service, almost too fast that I didn't get to put my order in with specific details haha definitely efficient, fast, and the food vs money spent didn't kill the bank! Love Cookout, especially in these times of "bidenflation"!
Rude employees. I ordered BBQ plate on 1/13/15 at 12:14am. The two ladies asked me to repeat my order about 5 times on the intercom. One of them asked me a question and I asked them to repeat it & they wouldn’t. I never have any issues at cookout & I def will not be back at this one. I literally had to yell in the intercom. I honestly think they thought it was funny. I asked if it is better for me to come to the window to order, the answer was “NO” we cannot do that. Complete waste of time.
Every time I travel I request my wife to meet me at the airport with a Jalapeño Bacon Burger from Cookout. It has become a tradition. It has stood the test of time. These are some of the best burgers I've ever had. I hope she greets me at baggage claim with one of these burgers forever

Stale hard buns, dry overcooked chicken breasts on all 4 sandwiches, overcooked old fries, watered down drinks with NO FLAVOR, old stale onion rings, wrong cajun seasoning not the cook out standard cajun seasoning, raw hot dogs with barely any onion nor mustard, $40.00 wasted.... just the worst of any cookout location we've ever been to if you can go to the location on General Booth... MUCH BETTER QUALITY than this location.. just horrendous. Called corporate said they would "pass it along".. yeah ok.
