W/reservation, still had to wait to be seated. Then three more tables seated by us assigned to same waitress. Maria was very good, but this special meal suffered. Also, first appetizer and first entre orders (one a special) were unavailable.
We were seated very quickly, the Wait Staff was very friendly and prompt. The noise level, however, was higher than expected. We had 6 o'clock reservations and generally speaking. It was not a capacity, but it was close to it. The food was delicious. The wine was very tasty. Overall, it was a good experience.
It was our first time visiting Cooper's Hawk. When we first walked in it seems very busy in the bar area. They promptly called us to direct us to our table. It was noisy everywhere in the restaurant but nothing that would kill the good vibes. Our waitress Maria was very nice and answered all of our questions regarding the menu items. The Red wine flights were all nice wines. Their seafood chowder was well seasoned but a bit high in sodium. The braised short ribs are a must,...
