“Solid DQ. Most times, there's a really cool person making the orders and they'll let me do one of the seasonal Blizzard flavors as a shake instead. Other times, they can only do the shake flavors that're listed.
This is an extension of Treat Capital of the World we're talking about here, though—let me get the Cotton Candy flavor in a shake, please. Am I asking for something that's not on the menu and completely within their right to refuse the order of? Yes. Does it still hurt when I get denied? Yes. Love you, DQ.“
“DQ always has delicious ice cream treats. This location was fast and friendly. This location is hard to get to though. Don't try to turn into the lot until immediately passing the business. The two parking lots before the business didn't connect. We ended up staying in the oil change lot and walking.
Parking: They don't really have parking as they are a drive-thru. Don't turn into the lot until you have passed the building. None of the previous two lots connect.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love their treats.“
“First time at dairy Queen and we ordered two of the large size cookie crunch dipped cones, it was about $11 and it was great!! Thick crunchy cookie dip layer on the outside and sweet soft serve on the inside in a large cone, what more can you ask for?! Couldn't take a picture before I started eating it, I was so excited to try it.“
“Okay when you ask for extra reeces in your blizzard and pay for extra, you should get it. Maybe the amount was reduced but it isn't the same as before. I understand cost controls and increases but if the amount is less, fine tell me and I'll pay for 3 times the amount. I don't care, but just inform me if the change if it is changed.“
“Only docking a star because my small blizzard with strawberries and cone dip was just a bit over $8. I can only imagine part of the reason is the location being on the beach having a higher rent, but still felt a bit like price gouging. 🤷♂️“
“I've been going to this Dairy Queen for a few years now, the best way to describe it is it's like the Chic fil a of burgers.
It is always clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The napkins are large and soft unlike most restaurants these days where the little napkin smells and feels like it was recycled the day before.
Their burgers and hotdogs are some of the best in fast food. Their ice cream and blizzards need no introduction, simply the best.
I never miss a chance to get a burger and a blizzard when I'm in the area, highly recommend!“
