DQ next to the 17th St Park. Nice when they have live music!
My food was good, but it so hard to hear what any of the staff is saying. Between wind from the ocean and heavy thick accents whispering is terrible mix. Staff did not seem to care what so ever. Not to mention there is no changing table in the bathroom.
Nice DG, I only got 3 ice creams however it was very good and considering it is on the boardwalk of VA Beach, pricing was fair.
