I love the new setup.
Valet parking for $10. Perfect seating. Great atmosphere. The food was great and fast and the opening act and main act was exactly what I expected. I needed this night out and The Funny Bone owes me nothing!!!!
After purchasing tickets to see Tacarra Williams on October 9, 2026 (who was fantastic!), I had a severe fall that left me in a leg brace and on crutches. Following the venue's instructions, I reached out regarding accessibility accommodations and received a warm, helpful response from Lindsey.

The Funny Bone offers an enjoyable comedy experience from start to finish. The friendly and accommodating staff, including security, bartenders, servers, and hosts, work hard to ensure everyone has a good time. The venue is also a restaurant, with food and drinks available during the show. While the drinks are okay, the food received mixed reviews, with some saying the burger was just okay and others feeling the wings and fries were not worth the price. The location in VA Beach Town Center provides many options for dinner and shopping, and parking is free with plenty of space available.
The venue is very intimate, so guests sit close to the stage, which adds to the fun, but some reviews mention that seating can be crowded, with guests packed in like sardines and required to sit uncomfortably close to strangers. The club sometimes makes guests wait outside until showtime, even in bad weather, which can be frustrating. VIP tickets offer priority seating, while regular tickets are first-come, first-served. The venue is also accommodating to guests with disabilities. Overall, the atmosphere is lively, and the comedy performances are enjoyable, featuring both well-known and lesser-known comedians, making it a place worth returning to for more laughs.
