Management team was extremely rude to associates & customers, including my wife & I. Refused services to us & other customers. Refused the lady that was infront of us, in the middle of her ordering. 5 customers in drive through. Manager literally yelled at everyone. Been going to this Hardees forever & will never come back. Take your money to the General Booth store. This store can't handle a small rush at all. Not friendly. Shouldn't be a manager at all.
If you could give this store a negstive rating it would be a negative ten... drive thru slow as hell... no customer service....
Today i asked for a burger with no cheese.. nust lettuce mayo and pickel.... what did i get a cheeseburger... not only did they remake it twice but they were rude about it.... last time i ever eat at a hardees... then i was called a liar because the woman said i did not ask for a medium.... great customer service... NOT
