Just go here. This is the best sushi you'll find Virginia Beach. Everyone who works here are fantastically kind. I came in with my rowdy 1 year old and 3 year old and they were very understanding and when I asked for something for the kids, we were recommended a dish because it would be easier for the kiddos to eat. Love the staff, love the food.

A really nice traditional izakaya/sushi bar that has exceptional sushi, al-a carte sashimi, and fusion rolls. The fried rice and hibachi are also great, but the yakisoba was slightly dry. Some serve this way but I prefer it juicy. Not a deal breaker. Still a great all around experience for those looking for a traditional Japanese style atmosphere on the East. Coast.

We have eaten at Inaka several times and the food is consistently amazing and incredibly fresh. The waitresses are always so friendly and welcoming and the chefs are equally friendly. Great food and great people!

We love Inaka Sushi! The food is incredible and the pricing is fair. They are really friendly and provide great service. I went in to order something to go, and the server found me a seat and asked if I would like something to drink while I waited. They close after lunch to get ready for dinner, but are very accommodating in that time period for to go food. The restaurant is kept very clean and has a nice atmospere.

Went here for lunch and it was absolutely amazing. I got steak hibachi and the steak was cooked to perfection, the food itself was very flavorful and filling and the staff is above and beyond. I highly recommend this place if you’re craving some good hibachi or sushi!

Charging .75 cents for extra yum yum sauce and only giving them 1 when they asked for extra that doesn’t mean 1.. they used to be so good with the last owners but the new ones are super cheap and I shouldn’t be paying 30 dollars just to pay extra for sauce…

I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years after discovering it in high school, and it’s still one of my go-to spots when grabbing food with friends. The atmosphere is great, the booths are adorable, and the food is always reasonably priced and well portioned. There’s a good variety of options, and everything is consistently fresh and tasty. The staff is one of the best aspects in my opinion. Everyone is always kind and checks in often. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Definitely recommend for locals looking for a new place to eat!
