This place stole over $159 dollars from me, acknowledged there was an issue and still never paid me anything back. Was on the phone for weeks with Johnny and he just stopped all communication. Never in my life at any restaurant i have ever been to in 42 years has anything like that happened. Most dishonest staff and management I have ever seen.
Wanted to love this place as it’s right on the beach. Maybe it was an off night but ordered food with 2 other couples. One couple ordered last and got their food first. Next couple got theirs but it took so long the other couple was already finished, we never got ours. Even asked about it numerous times. Finally ended up telling them to forget it and left. You also had to ask for a key to use the restrooms (attached to the hotel) and they were beyond disgusting.
We stopped by here during the afternoon on Saturday. My husband and I each had one drink and while pricey, we were fine with it. They state (both on a sign and on the receipt) that they charge an additional 3.5% for credit card usage. Fine, lots of places were doing that, and I had cash. I paid in cash and the change given back to me was missing the $0.60 I was owed.
