When we visit VA Beach, Lolly’s is a MUST! Out of all the locations (all of them good)… this is the BEST location! Hope and Connor are the best ice cream servers/scoopers, both are so amazing, friendly, efficient, and have such warm beautiful smiles! It makes our ice cream taste better! :)
Lolly's has the best ice cream in VA. Beach, hands down. They pack their batches with loads of cookies/candy/swirl/goodies, sometimes I think I get more fillings than toppings. Tonight we took all 5 of our kids there for $2 scoops (they always run amazing promos like this) and everyone got ice cream for $15. The staff are always friendly. People are nice and the ice cream itself is good. However, i do not recommend their version of a banana split. The menu lists a banana split ($13.50) but they do not have strawberries, pineapple, or nuts. It's just 3 scoops of ice cream with hot fudge and whipped cream - and they put the hot fudge *over* the whipped cream. It was a really weird experience.
