Lolly’s is hands down one of the best ice cream spots around! The ice cream is incredibly rich, creamy, and flavorful. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Definitely a local favorite for a reason
So good! Regular flavors and specials all changing on a regular basis, once they’re out, it’s done till next time.
Had the Key Lime Pie Ice cream and it was to die for.

When we visit VA Beach, Lolly’s is a MUST! Out of all the locations (all of them good)… this is the BEST location! Hope and Connor are the best ice cream servers/scoopers, both are so amazing, friendly, efficient, and have such warm beautiful smiles! It makes our ice cream taste better! :)
