again, ordered 2 big mac's and 6 pc nugget with hot mustard sauce. paid . the delivery I received was 1 big mac and nuggets and no sauce. this McDonald's is continuously missing items. sad. I work hard for my money

McDonald's is a well-oiled machine with a convenient ordering process via app or kiosk, although the app can be confusing about order placement. The orders are accurate, the food hot and delicious, and the friendly staff make for quick pickups. The employee that brought the food was a great guy, very helpful with a big smile and no negative attitude. However, the service can be slower than an iceberg, with a normal drive thru line wait of 20 minutes. Putting in your order via mobile doesn't save any time because you are in the same line as everyone else.
