You can truly tell the employees that truly put love and time into making sure that this isn't just your ordinary pie. My wife summer would agree with me when I say this is the best pizza location hands down in Virginia period and it's not up for debate. Combine that with customer service that's helpful even when an order comes in wrong they are quick to help fix it immediately. I truly love MOD pizza. When I'm out of town, I always look to see if there's a location and the city I'm visiting. The particular location was very clean, had friendly staff, and had some always delicious pizza. On this trip my wife and I found out you could have sauce of your choosing drizzle on your pizza after it has cooked. She had some buffalo sauce and I had some hot honey, took our pizzas to another level. I will definitely be back when in town.

Ok, for a chain, ordered by the Mod app, request extra crispy pizza didn't happen. Ordered a Greek salad with chicken added, which was not very appealing, tossed in in the trash.
