Maybe they are more of a breakfast place? Most of our food was good. The hush puppies, mashed potatoes, burger were all very good. Unfortunately, the salmon was much smaller than your typical restaurant portion. Usually, restaurants bring out a longer thicker portion of salmon. The salmon that I was served was a small square. Nick's Bar & Grill (also known as Nick's Raw Bar & Grill) is a legendary, family-friendly staple in Virginia Beach. Known for its unpretentious, old-school beach-town vibe, it welcomes both locals and tourists with hearty comfort food, classic breakfast plates, and fresh coastal seafood.
The food was good and the price was unbeatable. If you're looking for a nice, simple place to grab a bite to eat, this is the place to go in Virginia Beach. It has an older school vibe and my wife lived the classic rock playing in the background, but the disco was hit or miss. Outstanding service!
