Hello. I lived in Japan for a period of time and somehow the katsu was simple divine. After struggling with the kiosk for a moment (you have to scroll to find the rest of the options) I decided to order the katsu. One of the best Ramen places in town. Great customer service. Food is 10 out of 10. I would recommend to anyone!!

Ouka Sora is a restaurant with a friendly staff and great, friendly service. The customer service is awesome and the staff are good people, helpful and amazing. The food is good, fresh, and amazing. Everything is delicious, incredibly delicious, fantastic, fresh and wonderful, and very tasty. The sushi is delicious, the poke is simply outstanding, and the teriyaki chicken is cooked to perfection. Menu items like coconut shrimp, coconut chicken, miso soup, Poké bowls, and smoothies are all excellent choices. Portions are generous and they give you a lot of food. The drinks are also loved, especially the bobas, smoothies, and fruit teas. The fruit teas are refreshing and you can select the ice and sweetness. The location is super nice and well-decorated inside. Specific mentions include the Virginia Beach BLVD location and the one in VA Beach by Kings Grant.
