This is my favorite Pho place in all of Hampton Roads. I don't know what they do different here, but the soup/broth from everywhere else seems so bland in comparison to this place. I took my wife here on our first date, and she had never tried Pho before, and she fell in love with it too.

I came to this location a few times and the food is always fresh and great. They also usually let you seat where you’d like… my friend and I decided to sit at a booth that happened to just need a wipe to the table.. I nicely asked our waiter (glasses, bald) for a wipe down to our table. He gave me an attitude about it and kept mentioning that I should’ve sat at another table that was clean. He made my experience today very unpleasant to the point...
