If you're seeking authentic Indian cuisine in Virginia Beach, Saffron Indian Bistro in the Town Center is a standout. This restaurant offers a blend of traditional flavors and modern ambiance. Saffron's menu features a variety of dishes that cater to diverse palates. My favorites were the Chili Chicken, Dal Makhani, Methi Chicken, Chicken Kebab twists, and Gobi Manchurian. But the naan... so buttery and soft, we had 3 different versions and they were all so amazing....

Food is amazing, lovely atmosphere and good service. Sadly, no lunch buffet for years now. But, the two lunch specials are a pretty good substitute. Either vegetarian or non-vegetarian (for $2 more). Either bring a big appetite or be prepared to take a box home.

I have been coming to Saffron since I moved to VB over 5 years ago. I am always pleased with the food, and it’s consistently flavorful and well done. The menu is traditional for an Indian style restaurant, and the culture is abundant. I highly recommend the Aloo Gobi. Great vegetarian and gluten-free items. Saffron is authentic and delicious!
