Sal's Pizzeria Green Run

Man I have always ordered the same thing from this restaurant. Bbq chicken pizza. I will admit I haven’t ordered in a while. I have been away, but was craving that delicious pizza. I’m not sure if the problem was a new cook or what, but there was basically no bbq on the pizza, barely any chicken and it was like they were out of onions. I was disappointed in this pizza and probably will give them one more shot for ole time sake. The pizza was so bad I had to leave a review.

This place is trash. Says it was open til midnight I did a pick up order around 9 and went to go pick it up and it was closed but yet they took my money

I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and a Lemmon’s cello cake. What I got was macaroni and cheese and a frozen cheese cake!

They let you put in an online order when they aren't even open (when it shows on their door and online otherwise), don't put in an order after 11pm if you don't want to be on hold with a call center for a refund

We ordered the spaghetti dinners from Sal's (S. Plaza Trail) which costs $24 with tip in-store pickup up. It was the worst meal l have ever had from this location. There was absolutely NO flavor to their sauce. Really lacked any detection of seasoning. I don't know if you'll remember the cafeteria spaghetti we used to to get served in elementary school but that's all l can compare it to. Horrible! I called this location & spoke with the mgr. He was not any help. All he offered was to bring the uneaten portion back to the store so they could correct it. Unfortunately, l had already served my elderly neighbor a portion of it & my sister. That & l didn't want to make a second trip back to this store.
Other than that, l can say that they have the BEST DELUXE STROMBOLI IN TOWN!!! Order that... And avoid the spaghetti at ALL cost.

Overall amazing gotta start with that, me and my friend went there together and when we got our pizza and tried to bite it, it was pretty hot as it just came out of the oven. I loved the fact they use actual fire instead of just a conventional oven so you get that nice crisp to the pizza. Yes they could do with like a thicker crust option but the thin crust is still super good. For the 3 workers that were there we promised to come back and when we did they were happy to see us the workers being nice made it a way better experience. The inside isnt the most appealing but if your just talking to someone while waiting it doesn't matter. No bugs just the roof has some seal on it which isnt a bad thing, but anyways it was a 10/10 experience would go agian. Also dont listen too the bad reviews they just dont enjoy good food

Absolutely disgusting excuse for a pizza place. The pizza was paper-thin, completely dry with no sauce, and arrived 46 minutes late. As compensation? A pathetic 16oz Diet Pepsi. What a joke. The customer service here is just as terrible as the food. Tried getting a refund through Slice, but of course, the shady owner refused to approve it. I placed my order at 7 PM, it was supposed to arrive at 8 PM, but didn’t show up until 8:46 PM. The owner even lied about the delivery time, but I have the driver on camera proving otherwise. This place is a scam—DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Over $30 for one disgusting 3 topping pizza that really only had 2 toppings. The dough is literally thinner than cardboard as Craig Stevens mentioned in his review a month ago. Barely any sauce. NEVER ORDER HERE. This place has been a dump since the pandemic and that's why I go to Little Caesars. Look at this ashy slop! Yuuuck.

Edit: the slop was picked up at 4:30 and as u can see at 7:11 no one would dare touch a second slice. There's pics dumbdumb-where do u see 6 missing slices??? The 2 im holding in the pic show the lack of Italian sausage, but u did me a favor - the meat was sour, probably expired. And im calling VB Dept of health first thing in the morning. As u were told, I have a real job. Im not a pizza boy. I called during my lunch hour willing to bring back the 6 slices for another one but u cried like biotch about it being 7. You're ignorant, unprofessional, and soon to be out of business.
