Managed and operated like a Chick-fil-A. Very well done. One issue continues to be unresolved. Orders that are completed and coming off the line being put on the shelf without any announcement to the many people waiting. An ongoing oversight I dont understand since the place is otherwise ran so efficiently. I am a big fan of shake shack.

Amazing restaurant, but not amazing price.
The food is hands-down the BEST of its kind. The employees are kind and helpful, which is more I can say about many restaurant chains these days...
The shakes are awesome too. Makes sense, considering the name.
The only thing against this place is the price. $15 for a burger is ridiculous in the grand '26.

I really wanted to try Shake Shack bc of the new West Coast items. Overall, the experience was just okay. Food seemed expensive for what it was. And the dining room wasnt very clean. It was hard to find a decent table with food and hand prints all over the tables and floor.
