I really wanted to try Shake Shack bc of the new West Coast items. Overall, the experience was just okay. Food seemed expensive for what it was. And the dining room wasnt very clean. It was hard to find a decent table with food and hand prints all over the tables and floor.
I was disappointed with my experience at this Shake Shack location. I ordered a Double SmokeShack burger, but the cashier rang me up for a single patty instead. Mistakes happen, but what made the experience frustrating was the cashier’s attitude. Genesis was unfriendly, seemed bothered to help, and provided poor customer service throughout the interaction.

The shakes are awesome too. Makes sense, considering the name.
The only thing against this place is the price. $15 for a burger is ridiculous in the grand '26.
