Signature Grille

Occasionally I've been bringing my family here on Sunday mornings for the breakfast/brunch buffet. The atmosphere, the dinning area and the set up is so wonderful. The staff (Sheila) always greets my family and I with smiles and truly shows us she is happy we're there. The wait staff (Crystal & Elly) are always there to check our table, remove plates and to make sure our drinks are refilled. We feel we're getting the 5 star treatment every time. Once again, The Signature has handled our Cork Club very well. We had 4 people at this dinner and wine tasting. The Signature kitchen provided a huge spread of a variety of cheeses and crackers for hors d'oeuvres. That was followed by a huge wedge salad. The main courses - we had several choices: osso Bucco, salmon, chicken or a vegetarian pasta dish. The salmon was done perfectly. The osso Bucco looked delicious and was fall off the bone. They have excellent service and the food is awesome and well plated. It has a large variety of food for the evening, but the breakfast is also very well served it is a well ran buffet unlike the gross and unsanitary Golden Corral. This place raises the bar over the tallest mans head.
