Alrica was very helpful when I needed to make some changes to a reservation. She went above and beyond to assist me with the changes and to make sure everything was correct. The hotel itself is nice and our room had great views of the oceanfront. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a great stay.
Attractive hotel, great location, all rooms face the ocean and so have beautiful views. The restaurant is good enough - food was decent, and staff ranged from oblivious to very friendly and accommodating. We had a special price for our block of rooms, but when there was an issue with that, the regular Hilton phone number was useless - woman who could not speak (or apparently understand) English well just read off irrelevant policies - but Amberly at the front desk at the hotel...read full review

We went to the igloo lounge for Valentine’s Day and paid $100 to reserve a month in advance. The igloos not exactly secluded. I could hear the ppl next to us 20 feet away talking and partying. And the ppl from the hotel pool could see right into the igloo. It wasn’t that big of an issue. There is barely a view. You can’t really see anything unless you’re outside the igloo.
