The person to person order experience was better. It was more personable and good for social interaction. The new order by screen continues with the no interaction with people, but only by screen narrative and plus it's slower service.
The food was really good. There was zero interaction with any of the staff there except when she handed me my bag with the food. I hate this new way of having to use a kiosk and in this particular store. You couldn't even see what they were putting on your sandwich.
I recently visited Subway and had a great experience overall. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient, even during a busy time. This location never disappoints.
