Taco Bell is a hit-or-miss experience. While most of the time the food is good and fresh, there have been instances of orders being incomplete or poorly prepared, like the chicken quesadilla being skimpy on the filling. The night crew is excellent, but some shifts may lack supervision, leading to slower service and subpar food. The service was incredible and the manager got everyone their orders with respect and professionalism. Despite issues with the app being very frustrating, many customers keep coming back.
