Didn’t receive the correct items for our mobile order. Staff was nice and seemed to want to help us efficiently. Missing the new creamy chipotle crispy chicken Crunchwrap slider and received a completely different item for one of our cantina chicken rolled quesadillas. Food we got was good but very disappointed to find out we were shorted on our order.

4 stars because this taco bell is pretty hit or miss. i don’t know her name, but it is currently 1 in the morning and the girl at the window gave the best customer service i’ve gotten from this location. she had lashes and i think red hair? idk but shout out to you queen

I just want to stay to the franchise owner, management, and staff, thank you for being the only Taco Bell in Hampton Roads that actually gives good customer service and is on time. Most of the staff here are friendly and smile and the food is always ready. Every other Taco Bell I go to I have terrible experience. This is the only one I will visit.
