I think the workers name is Jaleel. Either way, I love this Taco Bell! I stopped eating Taco Bell for the longest time because everywhere I went the people were rude and the food was slapped together like they didn't care. These people actually seem like they enjoy their job and it makes me eat Taco Bell way more often.

I almost never leave reviews of restaurants let alone a chain restaurants. I get off work late (2am) and decide to get the Bell before home. This location never fails so I didn't mind waiting for them when the cashier told me from the start it would be a few minutes. I waited maybe 10 minutes and that cashier apologized every few minutes or so and kept me updated. It is Nov. 5 at 2am. That drive through cashier deserves a raise! Extraordinary customer service I will wait...

I just came through to grab a few tacos after work. In the past 5 years customer service has really declined in the food industry, but I was very impressed with the customer service Diana displayed on the headset and at the window. She was very friendly and patient.
