In my opinion this is easily the best restaurant in the area. Other restaurants near the oceanfront are decent but gimmicky and overpriced, but this place is the real deal. It's unfortunate that they got rid of the 4 course tasting menu, but the price more or less balances out with their happy hour deals on apps and pasta.
They sat us down as soon as we arrived. A good start we were told it was the best table in the house. I ordered the pasta dish which was excellent. My husband ordered the duck which a bit small in portion however very tasty. We ordered the chocolate pudding which was amazing! The staff was pleasant and offered her suggestions. I would recommend the place ... give it a try!
Terrapin restaurant is something outstanding, The food was great, well cooked and with fine test. The table was reserved exactly as we asked. The personal was very nice and friendly, and my wife and I really enjoyed the dinner. I would highly recommend this place for those who like fine dining.
