The Hampton Social in Virginia Beach offers a clean, crisp, navigational themed decor and a bar with three bartenders who are helpful, funny and very informative. They serve fresh, flavorful seafood with generous portions. The Tuna Tartar arrives with root chips that are tasty and on point, while the Manhattan crab roll is stuffed to the top and very delicious. Home made chips complement the crab and shrimp bruschetta, which is loaded with seafood and on point. The warm lobster roll contains nice big pieces of lobster, and the blackened sea bass is cooked and seasoned perfectly. Drinks include a coffee martini, a blue sparkly cute Mermaid Mist that can be spiked, and an anchor made at the bar. Desserts feature a caramel lava cake with vanilla gelato that smells amazing and tastes even better. Service is fantastic, with bartenders and staff who are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The experience is great, the atmosphere is great and the service is even better. They highly recommend the place and would absolutely come back. The decor is clean, crisp and navigational themed, very cool.
