“We, had a wonderful time staying at Foster Harris house. Amanda, our host was fabulous, very kind, friendly, and made us feel so welcome.
The house was spotlessly clean, kitchen was very impressive, breakfast was excellent. I loved the French pressed coffee and tea, that was left prepared for us outside of our room. The house was the perfect location, we were able to easily walk 3 minutes to The Inn at Little Washington.
The bed linen was so comfortable, so much so that I ordered the same one for my own home.
Once again, Thank you Amanda, for being such a fantastic host!“

“I want to start off by mentioning that my husband and I are “average” people. For anyone reading this review, I say that because I was a little nervous about how I would feel eating here. Well, I have never felt more comfortable at a restaurant in my life! The atmosphere was intimate, service excellent and the food was beyond what I can put into words! My husband immensely enjoyed hearing the “layers” & detail that was put into making each dish. Thanks to each and every one of the staff for making the whole experience amazing!“

“Great place to sit, relax, and have a sip of something delicious! Bring your own snacks (they have snacks there too, but it’s fun to have your own variety too) and take a break. I love the old fashioned, but they have a lot of tasty drinks and you can always just sip it straight! Sit inside in winter, outside by the water in summer! It’s the best place to take a break!“

“Narmada is one of my favorite wineries in Rappahannock County. They have some delicious award winning wines and the butter chicken is to die for! Highly recommend this winery for your next outing!“

“Really good food here! Wow- the meatballs and the sauce were amazing. Wood fired pizza was perfect. Reminded me of NJ. Best Italian food I have had in a while! Will be back for more.“
