I ordered a menudo, birria tacos, a al pastor torta, and a tamale in one sitting so I can try everything to see if I found good mexican food. I did. This place not only served the best authentic mexican food, but the staff and cleanliness was also great. Spoke to the owner and asked if he would be interested in catering my daughters quinceanera and he did. That was on the 31st of Aug, 2024. He took care of everything so that my wife and I could just enjoy and try to make our daughter feel like she was in top of the world. The Mexican food is great and the salsa and chips were very fantastic and seems to be freshly made daily. I've already been back again and plan to go here as often as possible. “Let me preface this with the fact that I ate and penned this stone cold sober. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is the best Taco Bell I have had the privilege of eating at. In a rare occurrence for the franchise, my order was accurate, timely and hot.

The staff provided the absolute pleasure of marking which crunchwrap was bean and which was beef. A first for me and a breath of fresh air for all vegetarians hesitant of taking their first bite into a precariously filled mystery hexagon.

Besides the incredible service, the food was unlike any Taco Bell I've had the pleasure (or discomfort) of consuming. My beefy five layer cheese burrito was wrapped in the warm embrace of a glutinous, warmed up tortilla reminiscent of an authentic Americanized Mexican restaurant. I was almost expecting to see fresh cilantro and radishes added in a small plastic container after the ecstasy of the first bite.

I implore corporate Taco Bell to throw money at R&D to clone the individuals, ingredients, and processes of the Winchester, VA Taco Bell to provide this same level of perfection across the nation.“
