I’m always impressed. I first tasted Alewerks in CW, and am even more delighted following coming to their flagship location. If a beer wasn’t to my liking, it wasn’t because it was poorly made, but not to my taste. The flavors used and descriptions are accurate and thoughtful. Needless to say, I’m a big fan.
Attended an event at the Alewerks L.A.B. tonight. The staff were so great, they helped me choose which beer I ended up with after some free tastings. Each were great and different, also perfectly described by the staff member who was helping me. I was happy with my choice and happily finished it. Our group had a great time at the Alewerks.
This is a cool little venue, pretty small though. We ended up here during bingo night but nobody really offered us cards to play and we felt a little left out with all the locals there. The staff seemed pretty put out that we wanted to order a flight. The beers were fine. Didn't love any and only disliked 1 or 2 I think. Worth a visit.
