👎🏾 unprofessional & unkind - poor customer service
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant and even referred plenty of people, but after my last experience I’ll never be back. The owner herself was rude and unprofessional.
In the past, I ordered yaki soba and asked for extra noodles. The cashier checked with the kitchen, explained there would be a small upcharge, and I gladly paid it — no problem. This week when I called to order the same, the owner told me “we don’t do that” and even implied I was lying...read full review
