Our family of 4 had one of the best meals of our lives here. We had reservations for 5 and were seated early at 4:40. They gave our girls, 2 and 3, one of the largest coloring sheets wrapped with string and a feather. The girls stayed distracted for 30 minutes or so coloring on the sheet. My wife had two of the current seasonal drinks said they were great.
They started us off with corn bread muffins and bread. They had 3 sauces to put on them. All of them were fantastic.

Lovely restaurant. The food service and atmosphere were excellent. A little pricey with the least expensive main course being 38.00. However, here they serve the lovely peanut soup. Completes your stay in Colonial Williamsburg.
We had an excellent meal, from the peanut soup, salad, and prime rib to the chocolate tart and pecan pie. Our servers, Stephen and Miranda were attentive and quite entertaining with a lot of historical information. Really enjoyed ourselves.
