First time at La Tienda. We were very satisfied with the number of choices of Tapas and selection of wines. We ordered several tapas all cooked to perfection!! Claudia was our server and took excellent care of us. We will return soon!!
My husband and I have neen craving tapas since we moved back to the states from Europe. The bacon wrapped dates were INSANELY good. Adding the Mancheigo cheese us a nice touch. The Gambas was rich with garlic as it should be. The Sangria, spot on. We appreciate the Vermouth as I have only had it if I make it myself. The Cheesecake, can I say DIVINE. We were super excited to try the place as it’s very hard to locate Tapas in Hampton Roads. Food was just ok.. pan con tomate definitely needed a little more salt and the bread while tasty was too soggy. Shrimp were nicely cooked but the sauce was entirely too salty . Mussels and meatballs were tasty. Decor and service were nothing special . Won’t be back
