The Panera Bread, Richmond Rd, Va, was rather disappointing. It took quite a while to get our food for 3 people. My french onion soup was luke warm and the croutons were rather soggy which I took to mean it had been sitting way too long. I always loved going to Panera, but this particular location was definitely lacking swift service, no atmosphere, and food sitting way too long without being.notified it was ready. I also missed the wonderful smell of freshly made breads...
I went to order a large to go coffee and was told it would take about 15 minutes. So after 30 minutes I swung back through the drive-through to ask about the status. PATRICIA was so kind and accommodating. There was a miscommunication with a new worker and instead of simply shrugging it off or making it my problem, she was so kind and respectful, and thanked me for being so patient. She went above and beyond her job to make sure that I was satisfied as the customer. Many thanks...
