We liked this Starbucks besides the hate that it gets! We had great customer service, and our orders were perfection. The only thing I would say that could improve is the wait time after ordering inside. I guess they were prioritizing the drive thru orders.
MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS IN VIRGINIA!
I have been going to this particular Starbucks on and off since it opened over 15 years ago, and the current staff here are absolutely top shelf. The baristas are very friendly, helpful, and know the extras that make a difference.
It is also right off of the interstate (I-64) and at the intersection of multiple places to shop and eat. Outstanding!

Wow - best Starbucks experience ever. Our barista, Ululani, was quite possibly the nicest human we’ve ever met and made the day on my sister and i’s roadtrip. Service was fast and we would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone.
