We chose Sweet Tea & Barley as it was close to our hotel. The service we received from Cameo was perfect. Both the food and drinks we ordered were well made and the value for the portions we received was worthwhile. Had this not been our last evening in Williamsburg we would have dined here again.
Jessica was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our meal at Sweet Tea & Barley. Her recommendations were spot on—especially the barbecue burger, which was absolutely delicious! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Best meal I've had in forever. Innovative and unique menu. Exceptional service. Lovely atmosphere. Homemade hummus served with sesame crackers and fresh veggies. Braised beef short ribs with cheddar grits and the most amazing vegetables I've ever had. And a chocolate torte that made me realize I've never had a good one before. Please do yourself a favor and try this place.
