I visited this coffee shop for the first time last week. The gentleman working the counter took my order. No greeting, no smile, no eye contact. I ordered an iced cappuccino - which tasted a bit burnt but was still ok. I sat inside for a few minutes but felt unwelcome so I left. It was about an hour before closing so maybe it was just a bad time. I will try again. I really like the coffee roaster and the variety of beans for sale.
Another wonderfully unique little coffee house. The counter service is the gem of this establishment. She has the patience of a saint. The coffee sells and tastes delicious. The cappuccino and americano are both very very good. And the atmosphere is cozy and not pretentious at all. The pictures and decor make you feel like you're visiting your childhood family home; so comforting.
I just stopped in for the first time today and the barista was very informative and sweet. I sat and enjoyed a hot caramel latte. The atmosphere is pleasant and I love the decor. It feels very old school, which I like. There’s nothing modern about this place. It feels exactly how a cafe should feel and look like. As a barista myself, I really enjoyed this experience and will definitely be coming back again.
