Stopped in the way home at 8:15 pm I live about 20 minutes away. I got home and they left out a complete 4 for 4 except the drink. The baked potatoes were burnt. We couldn’t eat them, and the spicy 10 piece nuggets were hard like they were setting out all day. Basically tossed a $20 out the window. Terrible service we’ve been coming to Wendy’s for years I’m not one to go write bad reviews but our last Wendy’s visit was just awful they’ve switched to all self checkout which is very confusing for the older crowd who is not familiar with technology the guy that was helping us got the name wrong for the order got the order wrong and was very unhelpful.
I’m sad to say we will not be going back to the Williamsburg Wendy’s:(
