Every time I go to this location, there’s an issue. I can go to the pleasant valley location, everything is great. It gets old after a few times. People go to chick fil a because they usually (except this location) get your order right and are friendly. This one’s the exception I guess!
I have never had a bad experience at a chick fil a until my visit today. I got the wrong beverage, no sauce, no spoon for my yogurt and when I asked for a sauce the staff member seemed very annoyed and walked away from me when I said thank you. I have always had nothing but perfect service and food at any chick fil a I have been to. Tonight’s visit was unfortunately very different.
I ordered soup to go. After my husband and I were several miles down the highway I noticed that there was no spoon to eat it with. I had to wait approximately an hour to get home and eat cold soup. I called the store and asked for a manager. Jillian said she was a manager and apologized. I told her that she owed me a cup of soup. She then hung up on me.
