Wonderful hidden gem with the best Mexican Pacific Coast seafood out there! I had the Plato Marinero which featured a downright incredible Jalisco style spicy sauce on one side with a more traditional Chili Colorado type sauce on the other. The dish was packed high with octopus and shrimp ceviche and topped with avocado. The balance of the sauces along with the acidity of the lime cooked seafood resulted in a spicy, bright, and refreshing chilled meal!

Though I have not eaten here, I have been here several times it holds true to its name you would not think this place is as nice on the inside by judging the outside, Could be a good place to take a first date something like that it has a good atmosphere big bar And the music isn’t loud if there is music and the staff is not pushy

Very good food and service... unique dinner options... Ceviche is phenomenal.... serves more than 2 people ...

You will not find Pulpo anywhere else in Winchester
...

Hidden gem is an understatement... Don't let the atmosphere intimidate you...
