I wanted something simple local and good. This Applebee’s exceeded our expectations. Amy and her team were simply phenomenal from the food, beverages, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. It’s great to see some restaurants still understand customer service.
The food was great, but they seemed to be out of a lot of items. The air conditioner was blasting, and it wasn't even hot out. Just about everyone in there was complaining about how cold it was inside. It made it uncomfortable to enjoy our meal. The service was OK. We had to repeatedly ask for silverware and napkins.
