“I have to say that this is my absolute favorite Tropical Smoothie locations out of all the ones I have been to!! The staff is extremely friendly! Leticia always has a smile on her face, Rosa is always so welcoming, and Mayerlis is so kind! They make you feel so welcomed and sincerely appreciate and value every customer that walks into their store! The food is great and the cleanliness is also very good!“

“Has a great tropical vibe in music, colors, and artwork. Plenty of good hot and cold eats on the menu and seating. We love going for a smoothie, salad, or açaí bowl after working up a sweat at hot yoga. They used to have a caribbean jerk chicken salad, but no more now they have the wrap which has some heat and so good! Oh and don’t forget some Miss Vickie’s chips and a fresh baked cookie to hit the road. Love that this chain is available in any town or if we travel out of state.“

“Food is good. Service is excellent. I don’t understand why they let these high school kids come and take up all the seats. They don’t buy anything but the place is full. So I can’t sit inside. They are clearly skipping school why is this allowed.“

Previously: This place was used for fraudulent orders but the staff refuses to answer the phone. To add to the issue, the company as a whole does not have a process to resolve disputes/theft/fraud. Hard to stop in in person when it's another state... Think twice before signing up for their app. Many people are starting to get hit by this.“
