Dining room tables dirty. Restrooms also needs attention
I base my review from several visits conducted in the past year. The service here is okay but can use a lot of improvement.
The establishment: it is always filthy looking especially in the drink area. There is some serious lack of proper house keeping here! The floors were sticky. The entry way was left uncleaned from dirt and mud. There were numerous tables left trashed from lazy customers. The restrooms were messy.

Went to get tue $10 bucket of chicken. The chicken was hot and fresh. Did get some biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy for the side.

The self-serve fountain area was messy and slippery, needing attention. Despite the slow service and lack of cleanliness in some areas, the food quality was generally good. The restaurant seemed to be affected by Covid-related changes, with a combination of KFC and Taco Bell services being run by minimal staff members.
