Thai Siam

On my first visit with a group of friends, I was favorably impressed with Thai Siam. While not a deep menu they offer good variety and will cater to special food needs (i.e. vegan, no gluten food items). My crab meat in wonton entree was just fine and my main entree of sweet and sour pork was just right in terms of heat. We've tried every Thai place in Newport News. Found this place via yelp and they were doing curbside during this Covid 19 epidemic. I had to call several times to get through the phone, I started thinking they were closed. They don't have a website with their menu. I relied on the pics someone took for yelp (thank you!). I didn't give up and finally got through! The food was delicious... except when I got home, I realized she didn't ask me for my spice level , so it was bland...read full review

Tonight we had takeout which was pretty easy. They met us at the car to take our payment and then brought out our food. The chicken Pad Thai was good as always. The crab rangoon was crispy. The Ka Pow was tasty. Not pictured were vegetable basil rolls. I had some other pics from our last visit in restaurant with shrimp and pineapple, a curry and fried tofu. Shrimp with pineapple is one of my favorites.
