I love the interior design, if you love a good tropical looking restaurant you should definitely consider eating here, they have good chill jazzy music and the server is so nice and welcoming. Also the water fountain sounds amazing.?“
“My family dined here after reading some other reviews and decided to take a chance. We were so delighted that we gave Tiger Thai a chance. The waitress who I believe may have been one of the owners was very friendly and accommodating. We had a 3 year old and she played with him and ensured he was happy. Our food was hot and fresh. I have tried many Thai restaurants in the area, but Tiger Thai is truly a gem. My daughter had the wonton soup and the shrimp rolls. She loved them! My mother had the pineapple fried rice and the portion was very large. It was seasoned perfectly and had a lot of chicken and shrimp. My sister had a ginger stir fry dish with shrimp and that was also fresh and delicious. The shrimp were a nice size and there were a rainbow of vegetables. I had the pineapple curry dish with chicken and was happy that fresh pineapple was used. The curry was smooth and rich with just enough spice. I can’t wait until I get a chance to return to try more items on the menu.“
“I met some friends from out of town here for lunch. It was our first time. Everyone was pleased with their meal. I was shocked at how affordable this place was. With the cost of eating out these days, it was a pleasant surprise.The food was delicious, I have no complaints and plan on returning. The server was polite and friendly; we didn't have to wait long for our meal despite how busy it was here.“
“My go to Thai place in YorktownDietary restrictions: They accommodate if you ask them to accommodate or alter a dish. I.e- there are some ingredients that I am allergic to in some of my favorite dishes, so I just ask them to not include those ingredients and they've always accommodated!Wheelchair accessibility: There's enough space in between the tables and chairs for someone in a wheelchair to pull up and sit, even at the booths.“
“I've ordered from this restaurant a few times now and it is soo good. So far, I've had the curry which is my favorite type of Thai food. I've had the roasted duck curry, red curry, massaman curry, the Thai pumpkin red curry, and the panang curry. They all came with a good amount of white rice. The only time I wasn't so happy was when I ordered the red curry. It had more vegetables than meat and when I finished, I had more curry sauce left over than protein and bell peppers. Other than that, the meal was good.“
“The Thai food was very good - tasty and fresh. The price was reasonable and the staff were pleasant. The Kanin Jeep was excellent and the chicken salad and pad Thai were good. The atmosphere could use a bit of work but it’s not trying to get Michelin star so whatever.“
