BRONWYN on Battenkill Reviews
We’ve been here multiple times and always had a great experience, but the brunch is one of the best around. Amazing food, live music, good drinks, cozy atmosphere. 10/10!
The food was excellent but we waited over 30 minutes to get a drink and had to bring it to the attention of the head waiter. The staff were very friendly just need to work on the customer service aspect. Will definitely return to give it another try. I lived in Germany for six years and the food is authentic. I had the Sauerbraten and it was amazing
We had dinner tonight. The food is excellent, Best schnitzel I've ever had.
Kelly was our server. She was attentive and is very friendly. We are definitely going back. 5 out of 5 stars!

Bronwyn on Battenkill is a popular stop along Route 7A, known for its German-inspired cuisine and wide selection of German beers. The restaurant offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, blending Vermont tavern and German Bierhall elements, with high-backed wood-carved chairs that create a castle-like feel. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. The menu includes generous portions of local farm-to-table dishes, along with 3- or 4-course meal options. Guests often praise the fantastic atmosphere, easy parking, and the variety of choices, including German drafts and Vermont IPAs. The pretzel, fondue, desserts, and apps are highly recommended. The pork schnitzel is all of the hype and more, absolute perfection. The bratwurst and potatoes were tasty as well. Some of the best loaded potato’s are available. The burger was good. The ice cream Sunday was really good. There is lots of outside seating and a place for music nights. The gigantic pretzel was great. The appetizer and a thing were both generously sized. Dinner was salmon and sauerbraten, again very good and generous. For dessert a chocolate mousse and a Sunday. Drinks were interesting and very good, service efficient and pleasant.
