We were in the area and stopped to get lunch here. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! For starters, I really liked the menu, had a good variety. The ambience, music and paintings in the wall were nice. Service was amazing and the food was soooo incredibly good. I would like to come back to Bennington just to come to this place again. Great experience.

We were driving home from Okemo and needed dinner. With two picky kids, it can be difficult to find something that works. We were happy to discover this place only a couple miles off our route. The staff were very friendly, the kids menu was on the money, and the rest of the menu had many good options. My husband and I really enjoyed our sandwiches and beer and the kids were happy too! The dining room had a nice ambiance and the prices were very reasonable. We are definitely keeping this place in mind for drives to and from the slopes and will recommend to others!

Food: 4/5 - good! Solid. Wings were big and good quality but not necessarily the buffalo flavor we were expecting. Egg rolls and chipotle aioli were great Beer: 5/5 - excellent variety and the ones we tried were delicious. The IPAs were our favorite Vibe: 4/5 fun! More restaurant vibe than brewery, more seating rather than bar standing/picnic tables that you might expect at a brewery Value: 4/5 - flights for $10, egg rolls for $11 and wings for $17 (10 wings). Fair prices Service was good and attentive but not overbearing.

My main problem is price. $80 for a grilled cheese sandwich, a salad, 2 soups, and 2 beers is pretty steep. The food was good, but it didn't warrant the price.

Good service and brews, but the menu needs an upgrade. For instance, they have good mac and cheese but they serve it with garlic bread??? Carbs!!! It's like a menu from a cheap diner when I feel like this place has the potential to make a better menu than just bar food.

I have an informal rule that I want to be able to spend as much time at a place as it would take me to drive to and from it. But I would have no issues driving here regardless of the amount of time. This is a downtown Bennington gem. You have several seating options, my preference was at the bar, where all the beer selections are displayed on a large monitor, with additional information. I appreciated having a number of darker beer options, and was instantly hooked on the Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout. My drinking buddy selected IPAs, and he also had distinct favorites also. We did not order food, but the people next to us did, so I got a great look at the sandwiches. They were huge and looked oh so good. There's a nice ambiance here as well. Now I need more reasons to go to or through Bennington!

we got the mac and cheese, bean and vegetable soup, and nachos. they were all pretty good, and the wait time was short despite a busy evening.

Best burger in town along with the Truffles fries! And so many other delicious dishes. Great service with a smile.

I went in on a busy evening with a table of four. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated and the staff were all polite and friendly as we waited, making sure to give us little updates while they waited for a table to leave and then get cleared off.Once seated we were greeted by a lovely woman and she promptly took our drink orders. We browsed the menu quickly and made sure to have appetizers and entrees in mind before each time she came back to ensure she wasn’t going to be doing extra running back and forth on such a busy night. We ordered some nachos to share with the pulled pork and it was AMAZING. I wish there was a larger portion of pork for the plate, but that’s my only real gripe. Our entrees took a little while to come out but again, it was a busy night and we expected such. Food still came out hot and delicious when it was ready! Our waitress was super sweet, the atmosphere in the place is pleasant and highly enjoyable. And the food was well worth the wait! Will definitely be visiting again.
